See what I mean?

I apologize for the lack of new pictures. I swear Zoe is still cute as ever, and I do take pictures of her. However, none of them turn out very good for the following reasons:

1) She has developed her own taste in clothing and hairdos. She hates wearing pants, and shirts with any sort of buttons or zippers are firmly rejected. Her hair is like an entity of its own... it floats and flips and cannot be tamed. I am very afraid of taking her to get a professional haircut because any attempt to groom her is met with violence! I can just picture her kicking a hairdresser in the stomach and then running out of the store like a wild banshee. Furthermore, on most days, she only wants to wear shoes that no longer fit her, so she leaves the house barefoot. I have to cajole her into putting her shoes on whenever we arrive at our destination. This usually involves me saying, "Well, do you want to sit in the car while Mommy goes in? Because you have to wear shoes if you want to get out."

2) When I pull the camera out, the first thing I hear is "MINE!!!!" Then all of my pictures consist of Zoe's hand eagerly grabbing at the camera and a look of consternation on her angelic little face.



I promise that we will work to improve these problems and provide more adorable pictures as soon as possible. If you have any tips for toddler-taming, please share.
